Split up (it's a good thing)

How much time have you wasted this year?

Loads I bet.

I'm all about being efficient and getting shit done, right?

Here's a change I made recently that you can use:

Find the thing you're good at and do that - get other people to do the things you're weak at.

Example:

Rob Temple, comedy hypnotist and fellow mushroom hater, is great at page layout when it comes to web pages.

I'm crap at that.

Where as I like coming up with creative text to describe and articulate things.

So we split up.

I write the 'copy' and then Rob signs it off, makes suggestions and then lays out the page.

So which part of the marketing and sales process are YOU good at?

Do more of that then find a buddy who has different skills, and team up with them.

Share the work, and do more of what you love.

Right, I am actually going into the office today - wild I know.
