Only a ginger...

Wow!

Last night Billy and I went to see Tim Minchin, comedian, musician, he's also the guy who wrote Matilda the musical.

What a show!

The thing that really stands out in Tim's work is his agenda.

He is there for a purpose beyond singing, making people laugh and earning a buck.

He has a strong why.

Tim has a religion and social agenda which wouldn't suit most of us but it is blindingly obvious through his material/

What is your 'why'?

What are you trying to say?

And how articulate and educated are you on your point of view?

Giving your work more depth with a deep why that that drives you and gets you excited is the next level of performance that really separates the mediocre from the masters.

I realised, I don't have my why.

I've never been able to put my finger on it but I think somehow, today, I am the closest I've ever been to knowing it.

If you know yours, share it with the world. Use what you do as your platform and communicate it in everything you do.

Your show, your website, your everything.

That kind of message niching will help you attract more gigs.

P.S. Your why is part of your brand, but how good are you at communicating your why and your brand? My whole training program on Building an EPIC Brand is included right now when you join Entrepreneur Performers' Inner Circle.
