How I Do It ALL

I get a lot of people asking me how I fit in so much and get so much done.

So I decided it might be useful to many readers to see what my days look like to give you an idea of how having a good solid plan and schedule makes everything easier:

Saturday and Sunday
Read fiction for 40 mins per day
Saturday is a back-up video recording day in case of bad weather on Tuesday.

Of course all of this is interrupted every week by gigs. In general I keep the the same themes for each day, but do prefer to write the EPIC members' newsletter on the train/flight to and from gigs, so I'll usually switch that time out with ResponseSuite time.

I produce 5 emails per week, a newsletter of 10,500 words each month, a 1-hour training each month, an article on LinkedIn each month, a podcast each week, a video for EPIC every 5 days, an email to entertainment clients each quarter, 3-4 LinkedIn posts each week, read a book a week, produce an article for my entertainment business each week (either on my own site or someone else's), release a new routine for performers each quarter (approx), attend conventions, go to at least 15 networking events per month.

There's a LOT to do, but the thing is, my days are so structured that today, for example I'm givng up my day to help a friend with a musical/play he is writing.

P.S. The key to all of this is knowing what to do to make every moment of this more effective. We also have to learn how to leverage ourselves and automate shit that doesn't need to take up your time. Like follow up, like sending out invoices, like contacting people. This is what I share with members of EPIC very month in our 10,500 word print newsletter.

Do you receive it? It's gorgeous and packed with campaigns, short cuts and really simple, practical ways to book the gigs you want, while saving you tons of time and money.

I distil my knowledge and discoveries down each month and show you how I'm using them to book gigs in a way that you can apply no matter what type of gigs you want or what kind of performer you are.
